1 Member Eligibility

Bara22 services are limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not included on the betting exclusion list of any statutory body.
• Not currently subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities.

Bara22 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended immediately and the account balance will be processed in accordance with our current policy.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at bara22. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed without refund of bonuses or promotional credits.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Malaysia.
• Accurate date of birth.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
